The Hunterdon County natural market hosts free, family-friendly 'Earth Fest.'


Basil Bandwagon Natural Market is thrilled to celebrate 25 years in business as of this April, 2018. A Hunterdon County favorite natural health food store and cafe with locations in Flemington and Clinton, the market is family-owned and operated and opened its first doors in Flemington in 1993 on April 22 (Earth Day).

The Hunterdon County natural market hosts free, family-friendly ‘Earth Fest.’

The company will commemorate this quarter-century milestone with a sustainability-focused EarthFest on Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. at The Hunterdon Land Trust’s Dvoor Farm at 111 Mine Street in Flemington, NJ 08822.

The event is free and family-friendly and will include live music, a beer garden, natural product vendors, food trucks, farm animals, free education, information from local environmental organizations, and more.

Store proprietors Ralph Celebre and Susan Haase remark, “We are so proud to be celebrating 25 years of business in a beautiful community of people and land that we love and call home. We are thrilled to take this opportunity celebrate how the land and the people of this community have helped support our business.” Celebre is also a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild and opened the store in 1993 as a young entrepreneur and environmentalist.

Basil Bandwagon Natural Market is Hunterdon County’s destination shopping experience featuring certified organic food products, locally produced goods, and the highest quality supplements, body care and natural lifestyle products. Their first location is in Flemington, NJ at 276 US Hwy 202/31. Their second location is located in Clinton, NJ at 38 Old Hwy 22. Both locations are open daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
