Embrace the Cold! Lambertville-New Hope Winter Festival Offers Food, Music and Family Fun Jan 20-28

Instead of fighting winter, embrace it! Join the fun at the Lambertville-New Hope Winter Festival, now in its 21st year.

Featuring a huge assortment of family- and adult-oriented winter activities from Saturday, Jan. 20 through Sunday, Jan. 28, the festival (hosted by the Twin Rivertown Projects, Inc.,) brings thousands of visitors to the area each year and raises more than $40,000 to benefit local community organizations.

Some events require tickets, so check the website. Make it an overnight or even a whole weekend: some local hotels are offering discounts on stays during the festival.

Events include:

Winter Fest Jamaican Jam: Karla’s/Zubies of New Hope will again host the event and create a spectacular themed menu.

Taste of Winter Fest: spotlighting the culinary delights the river towns have to offer, as well as, featured tastings from wineries and breweries.

Food & Shop Tour: Sister Cities Food & Shop Tours hosts this tour that includes tastings and shop visits at different locations in New Hope and Lambertville.

Karaoke Night: Hosted by New Hope Park & Rec. Mayor Larry Keller will emcee the event, while DJ Rockin’ Ron will provide over 100,000 song choices. Come on out, music lovers, singers, and those who enjoy a great show!

Art & Antiques Gallery Crawl: A self-guided art tour that enables participants to enjoy refreshments and art at their own pace, starting and ending wherever they wish.  Go solo, grab your favorite arm candy or get a group together but make sure you stroll through the river town galleries and find out why our art galleries are a draw for visitors year long.

Beef ‘n Brew at Triumph Brewing Co.: Hot roast beef sandwiches, Triumph brews and live music. Come sing a long, dance or just enjoy the company.

Plus live Ice Sculpting Demos and a full roster of FREE activities for children and families.
