You’ll sample different sauces & learn how to use caramel to easily make elegant plated desserts at home. Then you will learn how to make homemade caramel candy, perfect for making a unique homemade gift or a delicious treat you can indulge any time.

Baker Jenny Belliveau is the sweetest food snob you’ll ever meet. A natural creative, Jenny’s love affair with high-end, homemade confections has been evolving for a lifetime. After embarking on a decade-long career in media production & advertising, Jenny could deny her true love no longer. In 2016, she hung up her producer hat, tied on an apron and enrolled in an intensive pastry class at The Institute of Culinary Education in New York. In 2018 she opened A Butter Life Bakery which has steadily grown, offering celebration cakes, catering, and a rotating menu of specials & made-to-order breakfast pastries & desserts in the Westfield area, Montclair, and Midtown Manhattan.
