

From RedBank.org: The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra (NJSO) will be returning to Marine Park on the banks of the Navesink River at 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 1 to perform Broadway hits and rousing opera overtures during the 2nd annual Sunday in the Park... with the Symphony. This event is free and open to the public. The special concert is organized by Red Bank RiverCenter (RiverCenter) and the downtown business community with the assistance of presenting sponsor Riverview Medical Center, and sponsors Juanitos Red Bank and OceanFirst Bank. As the sun sets on the banks of the Navesink, the entire community is invited to bring lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy a lovely evening filled with music and dancing in Marine Park. Concertgoers can enjoy classics like Crazy for You and catch a glimpse of a shooting star during Rossini’s fiery William Tell Overture. Film aficionados may even hear a familiar tune from a galaxy far, far away.
