Ironbound Hard Cider’s Tasting Room Opens in Asbury

It’s cider season — especially in New Jersey. Ironbound Hard Cider, available through Garden State retailers, bars and restaurants, has opened a tasting room at its Ironbound Farm.

Stop by Saturdays from noon to 8 p.m. and Sundays, noon to 6 p.m. and you’ll have an opportunity to sample specialty ciders like: Woods Folly (infused with Cascade hops from Sky High Hops in Flemington), Cape May Rosé (made with beach plums and black aronia berries from Jalma Farms), and Gooseberry Ginger (made with local wild gooseberries and ginger grown right here at Ironbound Farm).

Ironbound’s owners have invited some of New Jersey and Pennsylvania’s favorite food trucks to visit the Tasting Room, giving guests a chance to pair unique dishes with their ciders.

Ironbound Farm is located at 360 County Road 579 (just north of County 614 intersection. For more information, call (908) 940-4115, or visit the website or Facebook page.
