Landmark Restaurants Offer a Delicious Twist on March Madness

When most people think of March Madness, they picture of college basketball. But a few New Jersey restaurants have a deliciously different idea take how to celebrate this season – and it’ll have you jumping through hoops to check it out.

Regular old March Madness never smelled this good.

Landmark restaurants, including Stone House at Stirling Ridge and Liberty House, are presenting month-long menus devoted to the ultimate comfort food: macaroni and cheese.

At Stone House, nestled in the Watchung Mountains, acclaimed chef Jerry Villa presents a mouthwatering menu:

March 6th –  Spinach, Garlic, Ricotta, Basil, Mozzarella

March 7th – Broccoli, Cheddar, Apple-Smoked Bacon

March 8th – Grilled Cheese and Bacon

March 9th – Shrimp, Pesto, Argula, Ricotta Salata

March 10th – Gorgonzola, Charred Tomato, Parsley

March 11th –  Porcini Musrhooms, Grilled Artichokes, Sundried Tomatoes

March 13th – Crispy Chicken, Pomodoro Sauce, Parmigiano Cheese

March 14th – Grilled Vegetables, Herbs, Goat Cheese

March 15th – Ricotta, Parmesan, Pecorino

March 16th – Caramelized Onions, Smoked Goat Cheese, Rosemary
