Summit House, Summit
Celebrate with a special night at Summit House. From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., the upscale Springfield Avenue eatery will present an $85 three-course prix fixe menu that includes appetizers, entrées and dessert, with four choices per course. (Price does not include tax and gratuity.) Guests also will have the option to select a $45 wine pairing or $65 premium wine pairing with the meal.
Reservations for this special occasion are required, and can be made via Open Table or by calling 908-273-6000 after 12 p.m.The last day for reservation changes is Monday, February 12th. Increases in party size made after that date are subject to availability. Any decrease in party size made after February 12th will result in a per person fee if Summit House is unable to fill that space.
The Bernards Inn, Bernardsville
Executive Chef Todd Mark Miller will presenting a mouthwatering three course prix-fixe menu in the dining room with lovingly-prepared, delectable dishes such as Lobster, Chateaubriand, Rack of Lamb and more. Enjoy live piano music in the Library Bar and award-winning service in a romantic setting. Acclaimed chef and owner Ehren Ryan will be preparing an innovative four-course menu priced at $95 per person (plus tip and tax). Entrees choices include: Salmon with Fennel, White Beans, Harissa Sauce, spiced Yoghurt or Short Rib, with Potato Gratin, mixed Mushrooms, pickled Broccoli.

Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen, Morristown
The stunning restaurant located in Morristown’s Vail Mansion will be serving a four course prix fixe menu in the Dining Room, and a three course prix fixe menu in the Oyster Bar and Rathskeller.
