Downtown Stirling will be transformed into a giant town block party as the annual Stirling Street Fair takes place Sunday, April 22, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event will be held on Main Avenue between Mercer and Somerset streets.
Come to shop, eat, and enjoy a full array of children’s play activities. Once again, Millington resident Victor Davis will bring his exciting and educational sunspot demonstration to the Street Fair.
Meet and get acquainted with two new businesses on Main Avenue: Nick Earl recently opened All American Pizza, a restaurant with an innovative menu which honors military veterans and Dr. Bridget A. Lang will soon open Stirling Smiles, a state-of-the-art practice providing family and cosmetic dentistry to the community.
JC’s special Kids Traveling Shindig section will be brimming with all kinds of fun, family-friendly activities. There will be mechanical kiddie rides, pony rides, petting zoo, climbing wall, clowns, face painting, sand art, temporary tattoos, live entertainment and much more.
The event is hosted By Long Hill Chamber of Commerce:
We have all kinds of delicious foods being served including burgers, fries, hot dogs, sausage & peppers, cheese steak sandwiches, crab cakes, kettle corn, cuban sandwiches, mini donuts, steak sandwiches, Empanadas, ice cream & Italian Ices, cinnimin glazed almonds, pretzels, brownies, lemonade, zeppoles & funnel cakes, breads, jams sticky buns and more.
Don’t miss the hot show we have planned with live music, dance and demonstrations from the local dancing schools, karate clubs and more. There will be chairs set up so you can relax, eat and enjoy the show all day long.
