Sea.Hear.Now Festival Brings Jack Johnson, Ben Harper & More to Asbury Park Sept. 29-30

Just because summer’s coming to a close that doesn’t mean the beachfront concerts are over for the season. The Sea.Hear.Now Festival, featuring notable singer/songwriters such as Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, Blondie and many more, takes place September 29-30 in Asbury Park. Bands will perform at three stages each day from 12:30pm -10:30pm.

Surfing contests and board-shaping demos will also take place both Saturday and Sunday. Food trucks and fare from top local vendors will be available throughout the weekend to ensure attendees never miss a meal. Adding to the fun, The Danny Clinch Transparent Gallery Pop Up is something guests won’t want to miss as it features the work of many of the multi-talented musicians on the festival’s bill.

“I am really excited for this gallery,” noted Clinch on the festival’s website. “Over the years of spending time with musicians, I noticed that quite a few of them were also painters or illustrators. It occurred to me how special it would be to create a gallery at the festival that could showcase this part of their creative process and be able to give fans a chance to hear their favorite musicians talk about their art.”

The artist roster includes:

JACK JOHNSON
BRANDON BOYD (INCUBUS)
CHRIS STEIN (BLONDIE)
IAN O’NEILL (DEERTICK)

G. LOVE
