Above Art Studios hosts a Thursday night paint and sip special from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Enjoy a night of wine music and painting with an art instructor. You don’t have to be a master to make a master piece and to make things better you get to take your masterpiece home. Cost: $25

Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. is inviting the public to explore a hidden jewel in Essex County and attend the Essex County Riker Hill Art Park Open House and Sale, a showcase of local, innovative artists. During this free event, visitors will be able to take a self-guided tour through the various studies, talk to artists, purchase artwork and view a compilation exhibition. “Get an inside glimpse of the art world by attending the Essex County Riker Hill Art Park Open House.
